Student story!

When one of our students initially joined our TaiChi classes, he was suffering from shoulder stiffness and pain. He was already consulting his GP about the issue and had been referred to a physiotherapist regarding a frozen shoulder. He attended the TaiChi classes for a couple of months until he visited the physiotherapist. By that time, the pain and stiffness had substantially decreased and he didn't need anymore to receive regular physio sessions apart from the initial one nor did he need injection.
